The fun continues as we visit the pumpkin patch pulling out beautiful pumpkins and squash….and digging up potatoes for future shares and winter storage is always fun.

I think we picked the last tomates of this season the same week we harvest the 1st Fall Spinach from Hoop 2. We have a strong feeling of transition this past week and Scott even mentioned long johns! The week slipped by without a sweet potato dig so next week for sure we will see what is under that beautiful canopy of foliage.

Head Lettuce-We harvested a mid sized romaine from hoop 1 this week and it is delicious! Sweet and crunchy.

Spinach is back!-1st harvest of fall and we have a bounty. Enjoy!



Pac Choi-We love it in fresh salads this time of year for a bit of crunch and it is a staple in our stir fry. Bell our dog LOVES! chomping on the juicy white stalks.


Acorn Squash-Members can choose. We have several varieties-including heirloom. 1 for snack and 2 for full.




Potato of the week is Adirondack Red-a bit waxy in texture so great fried or we love them mashed. AND pink flesh. Mix with the blues and cream potatoes of past weeks for a beautiful hash.

Beans-We are thrilled with the bean harvest this week. A tricolored mix again….


Italian Fry Pepper-(snack pack only) A few of these sweet delights in every share.
Lunchbox mini sweet snacker peppers-(full only) Perfect for snacking. small seed cavity and very very sweet.

Baby Kale Mix-(full only) A blend of several different varieties. Cut small. Enjoy fresh or saute as a warm side dish.

Last Tomates-A saladette/paste variety. End of our amazing tomato season.
